6-week CALMER Parenting Class

The CALMER Parenting Class is designed to help parents feel calmer and more confident in parenting and family life.

Unlike other programs, it teaches parenting principles that can be applied to any situation and stage.

Whether you have one child or five, toddlers or big kids, a child who is neurotypical or neurodivergent — the CALMER program is made to meet families where they are in their parenting journey. 

By cultivating skills such as:

  • connection
  • awareness
  • listening
  • making space
  • empathy, and
  • repair

...you can experience less parenting stress.

Parents who participate in CALMER gain the insights and tools they need for their parenting challenges.
